What happens if it rains?
Events take place rain or shine. If it rains the day of an event, guests, particularly those who purchased lawn tickets, are encouraged to bring tarps to sit on and/or a rain poncho to wear. Umbrellas are not allowed into the park so be prepared to leave them at the door.
Why isn't an event canceled if it rains?
Performers are contracted to hold events in the First Security Amphitheater if it can be safely held. The performer's travel schedule does not usually provide time for "rain dates."
How can I find a hotel around the First Security Amphitheater?
There are a number of hotels in the downtown Little Rock area - CLICK HERE FOR OPTIONS
Where do I park?
There are a number of parking options for the First Security Amphitheater. The parking spaces to the East and West of the Amphitheater may or may not be available day of show. The Central Arkansas Library System parking deck is just across President Clinton Avenue, and The River Market Parking Deck, located at 2nd Street and River Market Avenue, is one block south of the amphitheater and offers 600 spaces.\
Where is the Box Office located?
On show days, the Box Office will be set up in the west end of the Ottenheimer Market Hall beginning in mid-afternoon. See map below for details.
Where can I buy tickets?
Ticketmaster.com is the online ticketing site for First Security Amphitheater. Tickets bought anywhere else may or may not be valid. Go to https://www.riverconcerts.com/showlist and follow the GET TICKETS link for your show. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office as well (subject to availability).
Smoking
It is the policy of the City of Little Rock that smoking is not allowed in public parks. Please refrain from smoking inside the amphitheater grounds. If you must smoke, please exit the amphitheater to do so.
Are special arrangements made for guests with disabilities?
First Security Amphitheater is wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair seating can be requested at the time tickets are purchased.
How can I obtain a performer's autograph?
Signing autographs is up to the discretion of each performer. Generally, performers do not give autographs unless a prearranged "meet and greet" is scheduled. Performers typically leave immediately after the event.
How can I get a backstage pass?
Backstage passes are not for sale.
Who do I call if I lost something?
After the show, items are brought to the River Market office. Please call security at (501) 370-3264 Mon.-Fri. to inquire about lost items.
Can I set up as a vendor during an upcoming event?

General Amphitheater Policies
First Security Amphitheater management and staff will not tolerate the following actions from any guest:
Throwing any objects for obvious safety reasons.
No re-entry to the amphitheater. This policy has been instituted to prevent the consumption of alcoholic beverages and illegal substances. Some exceptions will be made, but you must have approval from the appropriate gate supervisor.
Guests who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry.
Standing on the seats is not allowed because it causes sight problems for guests behind you. The chairs also are not designed for standing.
Security Searches
All guests entering First Security Amphitheater will be subject to inspection by walk-through metal detectors. All bags will be inspected.
Items Not Allowed
The following items are not allowed at the First Security Amphitheater at any time:
Fireworks - According to The Little Rock City Code (1988, Section 22-40), "No person shall discharge any firearms or fireworks in the city parks."
Laser Pointers - Laser pointers are extremely distracting to a performer and other guests.
Professional audio and video equipment
Lawn or camping chairs
Strollers and playpens
Outside food and beverage
Umbrellas and tents
In addition to this, for safety reasons, patrons may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including but not limited to:
Professional cameras
Video or audio recorders
Umbrellas
Weapons, fire arms, knives/pocket knives
Food or beverages
Alcohol, cans, bottles, flasks, coolers
Pepper spray, mace, flares, fireworks
Skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, frisbees, streamers, confetti
Laptop/tablet computers, iPads, 2-way radios
Laser pointers, flashlights
Balloons, spray paint
Noise making devices, air horns, drums, whistles
Bags (backpacks, large bags, suitcases, luggage)
Bags/Purses larger than 14”x14”x6”
Signs/flags/banners
Selfie sticks, GoPros

No alcohol may be brought into First Security Amphitheater.
Alcoholic beverages may be purchased inside the venue. All patrons must be age 21 or older and provide legal identification purchase alcoholic beverages.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests and disabilities.
Shirts and foot wear must be worn at all times.
Performances may include flashing and strobing lights.
Blankets and small stadium seats are allowed on the lawn for seating.
Space on the lawn may be limited, so we ask that all blankets be folded directly under your occupied area only. Please be courteous of other patrons near you and do not take up more space than is needed. Space on lawn will be limited on certain concerts. If Venue staff asks you to reduce your blanket footprint, please do so. Thank you.
Do children require a ticket?
Children 3+ need a ticket, and 2 & under don't need a ticket if they sit on a lap.
NO RE-ENTRY WILL BE ALLOWED
